Young adults of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are invited to grow closer to Jesus Christ by attending the worldwide devotional for young adults on November 3, 2024, in the Americas, and on November 10 in other areas.
Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and his wife, Susan, will share messages specifically for young adults ages 18 to 35.
Elder and Sister Bednar invite you to prepare for this devotional:
Said Elder Bednar: “Fifteen years ago, I gave a speech at a global gathering for young adults titled, ‘The Way Things Really Are.’ I talked about the blessings and challenges of digital devices in our lives. And a lot has changed in the digital world since then.
“On Sunday, November 3, I will share a talk titled ‘The Way Things Really Are 2.0’ in another devotional.
“I invite you to prepare for this meeting by reading my original message and preparing your heart and mind for the Holy Spirit to teach you how to discern truth from error.”
Read “Things as They Really Are” in Gospel Library or watch it here.
